- Practice Purpose Only: All scenarios, virtual workstations, terminals, scripts, and tickets are strictly for educational and training/practice purposes.
- No Job Guarantee: Completing tasks, levels, or earning a Certificate of Mastery does NOT guarantee employment, job offers, hiring, or placement.
- Limitation of Liability & Data Leaks: If user code gets hacked, breached, or data gets leaked, the platform and its creators assume zero responsibility or liability. Use at your own risk.
- Simulated Sandbox: Tasks are simulated approximations designed to resemble production architectures, but are NOT real-time production environments or live cloud infrastructures.
1. Educational & Practice Simulation Notice
Realm of Cloud provides simulated infrastructure environments, simulated Linux filesystems, mocked cloud services, and code diagnostic challenges. The service is provided strictly on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis for self-guided technical study, skill assessment, and practice.
You acknowledge that all workstations, virtual terminals, incident alerts, and colleagues are programmatic simulations and do not connect to real physical datacenters or live billing infrastructure.
2. Explicit No-Job-Guarantee Disclaimer
Participation in Realm of Cloud, including reaching Level 5 (Tech Giant), solving all 1,150 incident tickets, scoring high on global leaderboards, and generating Certificates of Mastery, does not constitute an offer of employment, job warranty, sponsorship, or career recruitment.
Neither Realm of Cloud nor its contributors represent any corporate hiring authority. Any claim or representation of employment guaranteed through usage of this website is explicitly void and disclaimed.
3. Security, Code Hacks & Zero Liability for Data Leaks
You are solely responsible for any code, configurations, commands, credentials, or answers you input into the simulator. Do NOT enter real proprietary corporate source code, live API keys, production passwords, or sensitive customer information into the simulator.
If your machine, local storage, browser cache, or network encounters unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, code leaks, or third-party exploits, the platform creators, maintainers, and host providers assume zero liability or responsibility. We explicitly disclaim all liability for damages, loss of business, or data breaches under all legal theories.
4. Simulation Accuracy & Non-Real-Time Notice
Simulations are crafted to mirror standard SRE, DevOps, and cloud architectural patterns. However, they are simplified models running inside client-side virtual execution engines and may differ from vendor-specific production behaviors. These are not real-time cloud production environments.
5. Certificates of Mastery & Official Name
Certificates of Mastery are issued to recognize verified in-simulator performance. The name submitted during account registration will be printed on the certificate. Certificates represent simulation achievement only and are not accredited university degrees or government-regulated licenses.
